Registration

I am having trouble with the Driver Application. What should I do?

If you are using a mobile device, you may experience technical difficulties. Please open the application on a Desktop computer and complete it

I can’t find my vehicle type. What should I do?

Our vehicle options are in two categories. Ride Share are economy and regular cars e.g. Toyota Prius, Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Kia Optima and similar vehicles. Executive cars are high end luxury cars e.g. Limousine. Please choose the appropriate vehicle to avoid any delay on your application processing.

What happens after I submit my application?

Your application will be reviewed by our team. Qualified applicants will be reached out to regarding next steps and then receive approval confirmation

How long does it take to process an application?

We require about 3 – 5 business days to review your application.

What happens after I receive Approval confirmation?

You will be directed to download the FlitWays Driver’s App. Once you download the app, we can begin sending you trips immediately.

Driving with FlitWays

Is a driver’s license required?

Yes, we require a Valid Driver License.

Is it required to have my own insurance?

Yes, we require Valid Vehicle insurance.

Is it required to have a clean driving record?

Yes, we require a clean driving record for our drivers.

What if I have a criminal record?

Unfortunately, we require a clean criminal record in order to qualify as a driver.

My availability is limited. Can I work around my schedule?

We send you a ride request in advance, if you are unavailable at the time, all you have to do is deny the request and we can have another driver handle it.

How will I receive and review booking requests?

All ride requests will be sent to your FlitWays Driver’s App. They will be available for viewing and you can Accept or Deny any requests.

Are passengers allowed to tip drivers?

Yes, we encourage our customers to include a tip during their booking.

For my own safety, am I allowed to put a camera in my car?

Refer to your state laws regarding in-vehicle surveillance. Each state varies.

What is the purpose of uploading all my information? (E.g.-license, registration, plate number)

To legally drive in your state, you are required to possess a valid driver’s license, registration, plate number, and various other requirements. This insures that you possess driving privileges and are qualified to be a driver with us.

Is it required to have prior driving experience?

Yes, we prefer applicants who have prior driving experience.

What type of phone do I need?

All drivers MUST have either an iOS or Android smartphone.

Payment Questions

I would like to know more about the $600.00/week and more trips. How many trips and How much per trip average?

The price can vary based on multiple factors including, distance, length, availability, and vehicle type, among others. On average it will take between 20-30 trips.

How will I receive payment, and how is it calculated?

We will directly deposit your funds to your account. For each ride request sent to you, there will be displayed the fare price that you will receive.

When do I get paid for completed trips?

Payment for completed trips are paid weekly directly your bank account via Direct Deposit.

Bonus Questions

How do i receive my sign up bonus?

After you complete your first 80 rides, we will automatically deposit the sign-up bonus into your account.

Is there a referral bonus if I refer new drivers to FlitWays?

Yes. Notify us of the new driver you are referring to FlitWays. After they complete the first 20 trips, you automatically receive a $100 referral bonus.
