Booking rides with FlitWays

Booking rides with our website doesn't require you to be a registered user. When you book with FlitWays you will be able to book as a registered user or as a guest. You will also be able to select your preferred choice of vehicle and preferred gratuity based on your personal preference. The estimate travel fare provided is built on the most resourceful travel route and on decent traffic situations. Your definite fare WILL NOT differ from the quoted price. FlitWays offers flat rate service, which means the price you see during your booking will be the final price at the end of your trip regardless of the traffic situation, route taken, tolls and parking.

Once your booking is completed and confirmed, your driver will be automatically notified of your booking. The notification of your booking confirmation will also be sent to you via SMS and email confirmation message together with the details of your journey.

You can view your past Bookings in your FlitWays account which you can use for your business travel expense report.

How can I pay for my ride ride?

FlitWays accepts all major credit card and PayPal for ride booking. Paying your ride fare with FlitWays will lets you pay securely, protected and also eliminate the hassle of negotiating fare price with the ride driver. Your credit card or PayPal is required to confirm your booking. Your credit card or PayPal will be charged at the end of your travel.

Why do I need an account to book a ride?

No, you can book a ride as a registered user or as a guest. Some basic information (i.e., name, mobile phone number & email) from you to process your booking. Once a booking is made, you will receive notification via SMS and email. The driver will use your information to identify you during pick up.

Having an account will enable you to bypass the hassle of providing your information next time you want to use FlitWays to book a ride. You will also be able to make modifications to your booking, such as easily cancel a booking, request for refund and more.

You can deactivate your FlitWays account at any given time without any obligation.

How to report lost property or item?

To claim a lost property or item, you can call your driver directly or you can contact our customer care agents via email at support@flitways.com or call +1855-710-0915. If you choose to email us. Please describe your lost property/item in details.

How to find my ride at the airport?

Prior to your pick up time, your Meet & Greet or Curbside airport pickup instructions will be sent to you via SMS and Email.

IF you booked a vehicle that offers a Meet & Greet Airport Pick up, your driver/greeter will wait 1 hour to meet you at the arrival terminal with your name on a sign.

IF you booked a vehicle that offers a Curbside Airport Pick up, your driver will call you to provide the exact pick up point outside the airport terminal. Your driver’s phone number will be sent to you via SMS. You can call the provided phone number to locate your driver.

What to do if my ride didn't arrive on time?

If your driver didn't arrive on time and didn't notify you of any delays, please call the driver directly or contact our customer care agents via email at support@flitways.com or phone +1-855-710-0915 to check the status of your ride and new estimated arrival time.

What happens if my flight is cancelled, arrived early or delayed?

If you’re travelling from the airport your driver will use the flight details you provided during your booking to track your arrival situation. Our ride drivers are experienced in handling situations with early arrival and flight delays. They constantly check the aviation flight update and will pick you up at the exact time of your arrival.

What options is available during booking?

There are different options during your booking such as choosing a preferred vehicle, choosing a meet & greet, curbside airport pick up, paying with credit card or PayPal and many more.

How many rides can I book at a time?

You can book as many rides as you want. Please keep in mind that cancellation or no show fee may apply if you are not available during the pick up.

How can I rate my experience?

How can I be sure of a pick up after a booking?

Once you have successfully booked a ride, all booking information is transmitted accurately using data communication between FlitWays and your driver. Your driver will be dispatched to arrive at your exact pick up time and location.

In the event whereby the driver dispatched to pick you up cannot do so, you will receive a notification via SMS/Email informing you about the situation, and what to do here forth (cancel your booking to get full refund or re-book).

We evaluate our driver availability thoroughly before approving their request to join our network. All of our drivers are experienced and reliable with long track record of meeting and picking up passengers at scheduled time and this is the same guarantee we pass along to our customers.

How can I monitor my travel status?

Once your driver is en-route, you will get email, SMS and mobile app notifications with details of your driver current progress such as driver's name, phone number, ETA, vehicle make, model, colour and plate number.

How can I report a travel issue, e.g., issue with driver/bad experience?

How can the driver identify me during pick up?

The driver only needs your name to identify you during the pick up.

How can I see my past trips?

To view your past bookings, log in to your FlitWays Account, go to the My Trips tab On the list of bookings you can search for a specific booking and get a detailed view of the trip.

How can I make changes to a booking?

To make changes on a current confirmed booking (such as pick up time, pick up/drop off destination, route, etc.) you need to cancel your trip and re-book a new trip with your new trip information.

How to create an account?

To create an FlitWays account:

  1. Go to our Home page

  2. Click on the Sign Up tab on the top-right corner or click on this link       https://flitways.com/passengers/login to take you to our Passenger Sign Up       page

  3. Fill in the required fields. Your basic information (i.e., name, mobile phone number & email) is necessary to process your booking, and to send you SMS and email notifications during and after your booking. This information is also how the ride driver will identify you during pick up

Once you have successfully signed up you will receive a welcome email and SMS to the mobile number you provided confirming your new account.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  1. Go to our Passenger log in page or follow the link       https://flitways.com/passengers/login

  2. Click on the Forgot Password? link under the password box

  3. On the Password Reset page, enter your FlitWays account email address and hit the Submit button. A new password will be sent to your email address. Once you are able to log in to your account with the new password you can change the new password to your preferred password.

For Taxi Bookings

FlitWays offers free early cancelation. There's a late cancelation fee of $5 for FlitWays Start or $20 for FlitWays Class/FlitWays Extension. We will charge full fare price if the passenger didn't show up during the pick up.

Our refund processing time takes about 24 - 48 hours. Once it's processed, your refund will be released to your credit/debit card. Please note that bank processing time varies, and allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

My driver didn't show up how can I get a refund?

FlitWays app is not loading, what can I do?
